For many people learning and development is an important motivator and when it is not present employee engagement reduces, people become less motivated and may look at opportunities elsewhere. When organisations invest in staff development, the staff are typically more motivated and engaged, and less likely to leave the organisation.
We offer training to those wanting a formal coaching qualification, as well as managers wanting to add coaching to their skill set. From designing and delivering leadership and management development programmes for the past 10 years we are also able to offer bespoke interventions (such as cultural reviews) to meet various organisational needs.
